Job Description 1. Providing end to end HR support to Flight Operations Department including Cockpit Crew, Rostering, IOCC, Training, Flight Safety
2. Responsible for On time Pilot Hiring and its process compliance
3. Managing Trainee First officer Hiring drives
4. Responsible for non flying hiring of DGM & Below
5. Maintaining all hiring and process related MIS
6. Ensuring KPI/KRA of all the employees of the concerned department is filled on time
7. Addressing employee queries
