Job Role:
Excel Technical Consulting are currently seeking experienced Senior Management individuals to join our our valued client as the Assistant Chief Operating Officer on a permanent basis.
As a direct understudy to the COO, you will be involved in leading a business of over 200 employees engaged within a group of companies focusing on maintenance and repair of aircraft equipment.
With such a key role within the company there are many responsibilities, however the key objectives can be described as:
- Optimise operational excellence within industry standards
- Standardisation of processes and procedures within the group
- Enhancement of growth across the group by increasing repair capabilities
- Development of a sustainable programme for recruitment and retention of the best people
The right person for this role will have a strong all round background within a similar industry, and at least 5 years experience within a senior management position covering personnel management, business and financial management, and a proven ability to lead a multi national team of staff.
As the group is spread around Europe, regular travel will be undertaken, and you must have the qualities to adapt to individual sites needs and requirements in order to manage the business on all fronts.
