Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Environmental Analyst within the Asset Care Energy, Utilities and the Environment team. The Analyst will support the Team in all aspects of environmental management including items listed below.
Qualifications
* Qualified Environmental Science or Engineering professional with experience and knowledge of environmental management systems
* Technical knowledge of environmental topics
* Excellent MS Office user including outlook, excel, word.
* Good communication skills with the ability to distil and present environmental information
* A motivated self-starter who can think and work independently
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities
* Ability to work within a fast-paced environment with quickly changing priorities
* Full clean drivers licence essential.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Environmental Manager with the Dublin Airport environmental programme.
* Track and report environmental performance and manage key environmental monitoring datasets.
* Carry out environemtal sampling and testing as required.
* Promote and raise environmental awareness throughout Asset Care and the wider Dublin Airport organisation
* Conduct internal audits of Dublin Airport environmental systems.
* Work closely with the Dublin Airport Utilities and Energy Managers on energy performance, surface water management and pollution control
* Support the Team on projects associated with environment, energy and utilities.
