General responsibilities of the position: Area of Expertise:
The Customer Manager is responsible for fostering P&WC’s relationship with its clients by ensuring after-sale support to APU operators and large airlines which include commercial and technical service management. He acts as the main point of contact for his clients and is charged with representing their interests within the company.

Level of Responsibility:
-Manage a diversified portfolio of fleet customers and operators utilizing a strong cross functional skillset in order to provide best in class service delivery;
-Participate in establishing a commercial aftermarket strategy based on client type and operational use to best deliver commercial and technical customer solutions;
-Determine and implement customized management practices for each account through client expertise, needs and requirements.

Specific responsibilities of position: • Responsible for a portfolio of APU Airline Accounts;
• Manage Customer relationship and overall Customer satisfaction;
• Responsible for achieving Engine Maintenance Plan optimization, enhancements and contract profitability;
• Develop and execute to mutually agreed forecast engine event;
• Own, maintain and drive resolution of action items for assigned customers;
• Reports on mood, satisfaction & progress for assigned customers;
• Support groups that manage day-to-day customer events (eg. Field Support Representatives, CFirst (Help Desk),shops event managers, etc.);
• Support Entry-into-Service (EIS) on new engine models and Initial Customer Support (ICS) for new customers (as applicable);
• Support new contract proposals and compliance (as applicable);
• Work with customers to optimize shop visits and rental availability;
• Define strategies to drive service improvements and provide best-in-class support.

Qualifications required: – You are recognized as a dynamic bilingual commercial accounts manager within an advanced technical industry such as aerospace;
– You thrive on building and maintaining excellent relationships with major airline clients in order to guarantee the highest level of service while respecting contractual obligations and ensuring profitability;
– You have a strong business acumen and strategic commercial vision based on a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role;
– You are eager to set an innovative foot forward and contribute to the development of new commercial offering strategies.
