Austin Fraser are currently recruiting for an AOG Desk Support Specialist for a world-renowned business.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an innovative operation who are looking to make genuine contributions to the aviation world. People are at the centre of their business and onward training and career progression is highly valued across the operation.
This position would suit an individual with a strong background in AOG Support who is looking to become a really valuable part of a team.
You will have a working knowledge of responding to customer AOG and requirements, managing accounts and contracts and must have the ability to work under pressure. You will also be very self-motivated and have the ability to be a strong problem solver as well as a good communicator as you will be liaising with internal departments to ensure the on-time delivery of parts. Building relationships is a key part of this role both internally and externally so the successful candidate will enjoy being a part of a variety of teams and interacting with lots of people frequently and building long-term successful professional relationships.
