Job Description

 

The Analyst/Sr. Analyst, American Eagle Planning & Execution will lead cross-functional initiatives, identifying and framing issues, driving decisions, building project plans and monitoring execution.

The role reports directly to the Director, American Eagle Operations.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Gather information from internal and external sources, using various research methods
• Synthesize business problems, identify strategic options, define outcomes and gain consensus among senior management on solutions
• Project manage transformational initiatives, building detailed project plans, facilitating meetings and following up with key stakeholders
• Lead ad-hoc projects from planning to implementation, driving positive results
• Create KPIs and project dashboards to monitor progress
• Provide analytical support by reviewing data, drawing insights and presenting findings
• Develop decks and present content to leaders and working groups

 

Job Qualifications

 

• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management
• Exceptional organization and planning skills, with attention to detail
• Strategic thinker who considers the broader corporate implications of ideas
• Ability to problem solve and effectively deal with ambiguity
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to take initiative and manage stress, while working in a variety of situations
• MBA with experience in project management and/or consulting is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
