Analyst HRIS

Reporting to the HR Projects Manager, the incumbent is responsible for the development of the Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and ensures its optimal use. He/she contributes to the identification of human resources guidelines for HRIS and sees to the consistency between HR needs and priorities.

Responsibilities

* Design solution and develop action plans to respond to identified issues;

* Enforce application change methodology and maintain documentation at functional level;

* Validate development specific modifications and any other change requests, ensure needed updates are made in accordance with the operation of the system or the needs of the users;

* Participate in the development of test strategies, define scenarios and perform unit, integrated and regression tests;

* Develop data quality control scenarios;

* Carry out various analysis, evaluate the impacts on current solutions and optimize the efficiency of the system while taking into account integration with other existing systems;

* Be the point of contact between the HR and IT teams;

* Act as a Success Factors expert and offer a consulting role in HR solutions;

* Develop and update training materials for users;

* Participate in the implementation of human resources related system project / IT modules and the implementation of all new HR technology tools and solutions;

* Participate in the evaluation of market trends;

* Collaborate on the management of key performance indicators to facilitate decision-making.

Requirements

* University degree in HR or computer science;

* Three (3) years’ experience with a HRIS;

* Active contribution in an HRIS implementation or evolution project (an asset);

* Good command of Success Factors LMS and/or Performance functionalities;

* Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools (Excel), BI (an asset);

* Customer service oriented, team spirit and analytical skills;

* Excellent organizational and time management skills;

* Demonstrates work ethics, autonomy and curiosity;

* Good communication skills, Bilingual – French and English (spoken and written).
