Description

Reporting to the Assistant Director, Banking Management, the incumbent will manage the administration and maintenance of all IATA Corporate accounts and Billing and Settlement Plans (BSP) and Cargo Accounts Settlement Systems (CASS) accounts and other business lines as needed (ICCS, E&F, TIESS, TASF, etc.) for the Europe region, according to IATA standards and the ISS Banking SOP.

Responsibilities

Responsible for support of the Banking Manager, GDC in execution of the Banking Management process according to the global Standard Operating
Procedures (SOPs);
Update Banking Management Database in terms of (IATA bank accounts details,bank contact details, signatories and documentation/ agreements);
Responsible for collecting and preparing of supporting documents for all banking processes in the region (new bank accounts, signatories update etc.);
Provide banking management support to other departments (Quality, Remittance and Settlement, Finance, Agency Management, Customer Service and etc.)
Support Banking Manager, GDC in solving of operational issues related to banking management;
Support Banking Manager in the follow up of banking reviews and bank information updates.

Qualifications and Skills

University graduate in any field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration or any related
field;
Attention to details with strong reporting and documentation skills;
Strong analytical skills and communication skills;
Be an effective team player in a multicultural working environment;
Experience in Banking Environment would be an asset;
Excellent PC skills, particularity with MS Office Programs (Word, Excel, Power Point,Outlook) and SharePoint
Proficient in English and Spanish; Knowledge of any other regional language would be an asset.
