Aviation Labour Group NZ is currently hiring experienced AMEs with structural/sheetmetal/mechanical experience. 7-month contract work based in Blenhiem, New Zealand. Work will start in February 2018. Type of aircraft will mainly be C130 and P3. Accommodation and flights will be provided.

The ideal candidate:

• Work well in a team environment
• High attention to detail
• Good communicator
• Be able to work well independently
• Be proficient in English
• Full understanding of safe operations of all equipment
• Ability to use and test standard tools

Requirements are the following:

• Mechanical or Structures experience within the last 6 months
• Experience on C130 or P3 Orion in the last 5 years
• Have completed the Human Factors Certificate in the last 2 years
• Completed working at Height Certificate in the last 4 years
• Hold Hazardous substance certificate that have been completed in the last 4 years.
• Full rights to work and live in New Zealand
• Be willing to undergo Drug and Alcohol testing
• Police Clearance for any countries lived or worked in
• Be willing to complete the Ministry of Justice application
• Be willing to work on a rotating roster
• Updated Resume
• 2 Written References
