About the Role

Our client seeks a suitably qualified person to join their Sales Team. Reporting to the Director of Sales and Leasing, the Aircraft Sales and easing specialist is responsible for maintaining and generating revenue streams through the sale and/or lease of products and services. This role must work across the wider team to ensure that all processes are safe and build a culture of commitment to safety.

About You 

To be successful you will be able to demonstrate the following essential qualifications and skills: 

  • Significant proven experience in a sales and/or leasing role (preferably within the aviation sector) with demonstrable experience successfully achieving targets and driving significant sales and/or leasing growth.
  • A proven track record of accomplishment in delivering and closing high value deals.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to build excellent rapport with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent presentation and listening skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-past, growth focused environment.
  • Ability to accurately forecast sales results, develop sales, marketing and pricing plans.
  • Motivated, disciplined, pro-active, self-starter with a success-oriented attitude.
  • A strong network within the Aviation sector, which can be leveraged to drive future success.
