Aircraft Records Technician

AIRCRAFT RECORDS TECHNICIAN - SOUTHEAST LONDON - £30,000 - CONTRACT

Shorterm Group are currently recruiting for a Tech Records officer. This is a new position that has arisen due to continued success of our client.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Review all operational documentation to ensure records are complete and up to date.
Continuous monitoring of input and performance of data entry into the internal Maintenance Information System (MIS).
Ensure that all records are up to date and maintained to the highest standard in both documentation and the MIS with no gaps between the two.
Supervision, scanning and continuous archiving on all tech records.
Entry and amendment of Service Orders into the SAP system.
Generating customer work cards from the Camp system.
Printing and compiling work packs for delivery to the hangar floor.
Providing general day-to-day assistance to the planners when required.

Experience & Skills
Minimum 1 years recent experience in aviation technical records an advantage but not essential.
Candidates with aviation technical records experience will hold a distinct advantage
Strong focus and commitment on quality and conformity.
Ability to work to tight deadlines.
