Aircraft Records Specialist

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain thorough and accurate files and documentation for aircraft maintenance records using maintenance software. Records are subject to FAA inspection for quality control. Fast-paced, high volume work environment while meeting daily goals and deadlines. Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Excellent computer skills with a focus on accuracy
• Exceptional dependability record
• Ability to communicate well
• At least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a busy office environment

Work Environment:

• Standard office environment. Use of computers and other office equipment
• Work weekends, nights, holidays and/or irregular shifts as needed

Physical Requirements:

• Occasional lifting up to 25 pounds including lifting banker boxes
