Aircraft Mechanic

VHR have an excellent opportunity and are currently looking for a number of aircraft mechanics to work with one our prestigous clients based in London, Heathrow. These are all contract positions starting ASAP.

The successful candidate will enjoy the following:

• Line maintenance OR Base maintenance - We have positions available for both.
• Working on the B787, A340 and the A330.
• 12 month contract initially with a high possibility of an extension.
• 12 hour shifts (paid for 11 hours)
• A competitive rate.

Possible shift patterns

Base maintenance positions - 2 days 2 nights 4 off

Line maintenance positions - 4 on 4 off (Days)

The succesfull candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

• Experience in line maintenance OR base maintenance as an aircraft mechanic is essential.
• Previous experience working as an aircraft mechanic on either Airbus or Boeing aircraft.
• Have the ability to work autonomously.
• Be able to work under pressure.
