Aircraft Maintenance Manager

Executive Aircraft Engineering are a Part 145, Business Aviation MRO based at Biggin Hill Airport.

Having recently acquired the business, we aim to give our customers a first class customer service experience.

We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager, ideally with experience within business aviation, who wants to be part of a growing and developing business. We are a Dassault Service Centre and have approval for Falcon, Challenger, Hawker and Citation.

You will have to manage the daily organisation and coordination of all maintenance support operations, including base maintenance, line maintenance and AOG services. You will manage a team of licenced and mechanical engineers working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern. . You will make efficient use of personnel and material resources, and ensure the application of company procedures, Technical and Manufacturers instructions and any competent authority’s regulations and requirements, the customers’ requirements and within the agreed timeframe

The role sits within our senior management team.

The role requires to work a 37.5 hour week Monday to Friday.


Education requirements

• EASA Part 66 “B1/C” or B2/C” qualification holder
• Fluent in spoken and written English
• Numeracy and literacy to a standard necessary for accurate communication
• Microsoft Office tools literacy, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Internet Explorer
