Qatar Aeronautical College (QAC) is a Centre of excellence for Aviation Training in the Middle East, based in Doha,Qatar.
QAC currently delivers approved EASA B1, B2 and A1.1 License, Aircraft Maintenance Engineering courses as well as ATSEP Ground Avionics courses. QAC also delivers courses in Pilot Training (MPL, PPL & ATPL), ATC, Meteorology (MET) and Airport Operations Management (AOM).
QAC invites professionals meeting the following requirements to join the Aircraft Maintenance Engineering
Training Department (AME) for the position of;
Training Manager - (Job Ref: HR-134/ May-19)
Minimum qualifications and experience required for the above position are:
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in engineering in relevant field.
Hold an EASA Part 66 (B1/B2) license or a holder of an authorization to teach, issued by a competent
authority member of ICAO or a training organization.
Holder of EASA form 4 as Part 147 Training Manager
At least ten (10) years’ experience working in a technical capacity in an aircraft maintenance
environment of which at least five (5) years’ experience must be working in a role in which he/she is
authorized to release aircraft to service.
At least two (2) years’ experience working as an Instructor in EASA Part 147 Training school
At least five (5) years working in a supervisory position in a Part 147 training organization
Should be a holder of an authorization to teach or completed an instructional techniques course
by a competent authority member of ICAO or a training organization
Experienced in Part 147-course design and development.
Excellent organization, communication, computer operations, leadership and team building skills are
required.
