Excel Technical Consulting have a great opportunity for an Aerospace Maintenance Customer Service Manager, to join a valued client of ours on the South Coast, on a permanent basis !!
The role will consist of the below duties:
- Developing & managing relationships with customers ensuring they are updated on the status of their orders
- Suggesting areas that can be improved to senior managers
- Prepare and review customer summary status reports on orders, support colleagues who work in the commercial division, preparing and submit cost estimates, invoices, sales orders
- Deliver customer analysis reports
- Manage booking-in procedures
- Coordinate with planners
- Monitor and liaise with mobile repair team
Our clients customers are based worldwide, so you will need to be flexible in terms of communicating across different time zones. There will be trade fairs you will be required to attend so you will need a full driving license and passport.
You must have experience of working with within aerospace or a similar engineering environment.
