Aircraft Fitters

MPI have a requirement for Aircraft Fitters to work in Hook. Hampshire. RG29 1QW

 

Contract is for approx 6 months (possibility of extension)

 

Approx 41.5 hours per week as a standard and day pattern, not shift

 

 

£22.00 per hour LTD/£17.03 per hour PAYE

 

Applicants must have served an Aircraft Apprenticeship and have copies of their papers.

 

Previous experience working on the Chinook preferred but not essential if applicant has extensive and  recent, other helicopter experience.

 

Position requires mechanical trained technicians to be conversant with both structural repairs and system testing. Ideally candidates will be Chinook trained. Able to work under their own initiative and work to tight deadlines performing Chinook modifications, structural repairs and system testing. Working as part of a small team on a day shift routine candidates will be in support of maintenance packages and repairs.
