On behalf of our Client in Northern Ireland, one of the leading suppliers of electrically operated full-flat Business Class seats to the worlds leading airlines we are looking to hire a Aircraft Electrical Engineering Maintenance Engineer for Cabin Interiors.

Key tasks:

Working on the production lines the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Introduction and integration of best aviation practices within the current production lines
• Training and coaching of the assembly line teams in the appropriate and approved aviation processes and skills for assembly, maintenance and repair of the seats
• Identifying improved production processes and techniques to improve the build process and facilitate easier repair in the field

Skills / Experience

• Extensive "on wing" Electrical and or Aviation workshop experience, preferably with electrical business class seating
• B2 License preferred but not essential
• Good communication skills
• Leadership or training experience would be an advantage
