Job Role:

TUS Airways is looking to hire an ACMI Sales Manager to actively market the company services to existing and new prospect airline customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

 

  • Develop a client base and growing revenues from the pursuit of short mid & long- term aircraft lease opportunities worldwide
  • Ensure clients / enquiries / leads and prospects are followed up in a timely manner
  • Proactively working towards growing business by increasing the number of active clients as well as developing and growing both existing and new revenue streams from the market
  • Grow the department / companies existing ACMI and leasing client base
  • Conform to all company procedures as set down in the employment contract and the staff manual
  • Ensure that all new leads and associated comments are entered into the company’s CRM system
  • Update client contact details on a regular basis
  • Monitor and ensure timely turnaround of all new enquiries
  • Ability to run a sales enquiry from start through to final reconciliation
  • Maintain companys’ database of current aircraft availability to enable instant responses to any short notice ACMI requirements and provide an immediate summary of options available

 

Requirements:

 

  • Comprehensive understanding of the sub charter/leasing market
  • At least 6 years’ experience of sub charter and or aircraft leasing sales
  • Knowledge of the competitive landscape for sub charters
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills – in person, by telephone and on e-mail
  • Superb written and verbal communications skills
  • Excellent standard of worldwide geographic knowledge, airfield IATA / ICAO codes, aircraft general knowledge and type recognition
  • Team player
