This hands-on position is responsible for removing and re-installing aircraft interior furnishings to prepare the aircraft for an Avionics Modification.

Essential functions of this position include:

* Ability to follow instructions.
* Work with a team in order to accomplish an established goal.
* Disassemble and reassemble aircraft interiors to the point required to accommodate Avionics Modifications.
* Repair damaged interior panels to a condition matching incoming condition as directed by the Avionics Manager.
* Other duties as assigned.

Job requirements

Top candidates will possess excellent attention to detail, have a strong mechanical aptitude, positive attitude and good verbal communication skills.

Other requirements include:

* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Minimum of 3 - 5 year’s midlevel interior install/removal (aircraft, automotive, yacht or RV) experience required.
* Follow all FAA and Elliott Aviation policies and procedures.
* Adherence to attendance control policies is vital in this small team environment
