Task Description

• Transfer of an existing, prototypical production system into routine operation

• Further development of the production system together with operational managers and the project team

• Collaboration and coordination with operational managers regarding implementation plan

• Tracking and ensuring the success of implementation

• Support of the affected production areas in the change context

• Success measurement in cooperation with the area controlling

• Creation of transparency through visualization of success measurement
